Chad Delligatti is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Owner of InnoSource, a premier provider of workforce and technology-driven staffing solutions headquartered in Dublin, Ohio. Since joining the company in 2000, Chad has played a pivotal role in transforming InnoSource into a nationally recognized leader serving Fortune 500 companies, mid-market organizations, and public sector clients across North America.
Under his leadership, InnoSource has expanded to more than 2,500 associates and become a pioneer in leveraging artificial intelligence to redefine the staffing industry. In 2024, Chad spearheaded the development and launch of Minnie AI, the first fully integrated multimodal AI recruiting copilot. This groundbreaking initiative – built on 25 years of proprietary data – dramatically improved time-to-hire, candidate quality, and recruiter productivity, positioning InnoSource at the forefront of next-generation talent acquisition. Chad’s strategic vision is actively transforming InnoSource into a technology-forward organization, merging human expertise with AI innovation to deliver unmatched service scalability, efficiency, and quality.
Chad is a highly engaged business and civic leader. He is a long-standing member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and served on the Columbus Chapter Board of Directors from 2013 to 2022, including two terms as Chapter Chair. He is also a member of the Columbus Partnership and a supporter of One Columbus, advancing regional economic growth.
He has served on the Board of Trustees for Ohio Employment for Seniors (EFS), where he was Vice President, and continues to champion employment opportunities for mature workers. From 2016 to 2021, Chad was a member of the Columbus Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. He also actively supports cancer research through Pelotonia and RTRX and is a proud supporter of the Columbus Zoo.
Chad earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Ohio University and an M.B.A. from the University of Dayton. A Columbus-area native, he resides in Dublin, Ohio, with his wife Adrienne and their two children, Giada and Luca. In 2014, the couple opened Dell’s Homemade Ice Cream and Coffee in Shawnee Hills, Ohio, a local favorite inspired by their passion for hospitality. Chad is a lifelong Ohio State Buckeyes fan and brings the same energy, vision, and competitive spirit to every professional and personal pursuit.
