2026 OBRT Internal Member Survey: Employee Work Models

Several members have expressed interest in understanding how their peers are approaching employee work models, particularly the balance between remote, hybrid, and in-office work.

To help inform that conversation, we are conducting a brief survey to gauge how work models across the membership have evolved in recent years, where organizations stand today, and how employers are thinking about the future.

We ask that each member organization submit one response. CEOs are welcome to delegate completion of the survey to the most appropriate person on their leadership or HR team.

Individual responses will remain confidential, and results will be reported only in aggregate. A summary of the findings will be shared with members to provide insight into broader trends and perspectives across the Roundtable.

The survey should take less than ten minutes to complete. We appreciate your participation.
